At the age of 18, he discovered the world of holiday rentals by helping to restore a family-owned troglodyte house in Touraine, transforming it into a successful holiday cottage. Purchased in a state of disrepair, the property underwent a complete renovation project, including utility installation, space planning, interior design, and guest hosting. This entrepreneurial and personal experience gave him a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to create and manage a successful rental property, culminating in the award of the prestigious Gîtes de France certification.

Over the years, Stéphane has developed strong expertise in project coordination, property maintenance, and real estate enhancement.
