Karen Vick
Karen has lived in France for over 30 years and is passionate about both the country and her particular “slice of paradise”. She lives in the beautiful department of the Dordogne, so enjoys a mixture of glorious countryside and a wonderful quality of life.
Karen lives in the countryside South of Bergerac. After 32 years she has an unrivalled network of local contacts, from gardeners and swimming pool maintenance contractors to local builders, architects and skillful artisans. This means that she is perfectly placed to look after holiday homes in the area.
The Dordogne is a popular second home area for both French nationals and international buyers. Karen is also an agent with Leggett Immobilier, which means that she has great contacts with local Notaires, as well as fully understanding the local property market. Over the years she has rented and owned a large number of properties and knows the staff in the local tourist offices – her goal is for all clients to experience and enjoy everything she loves about France, and she works hard to ensure this happens.
